Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! Our goal is that all the people in your team are equipped with all the necessary knowledge to navigate change in the best way possible.

With our group discount, you'll get $ 330 off per ticket (30% discount) when signing in 5 or more people from your team or organization. For more information about our group discounts please fill out the Contact Us form and a member of our team will get in touch with you.

We got you covered. Besides the registering form in our website, you'll find a button for downloading your specific SF-182 form. Just download it, fill it up with your personal information and send it over to jullie.ablao@performanceinstitute.org If you need any help filling out the form let us know and we'll make sure to assist you.

Fill out the "Save your Seat" form on this website and we'll make sure to contact you in order to register you for our OCM conference. If you have any questions about the registration process, please contact jullie.ablao@performanceinstitute.org with your request and information. She'll be able to guide you through everything you need to know to register as well as group discounts.

Shortly after filling out the Save Your Seat form on this website, a member from our team will contact you in order to sign you up for our conference.

Of course, once you sign up you will be given the opportunity to select which tracks and sessions you’d like to attend. You have access to all of them, so if you want to go through sessions that's also a possibility!

Our event hub for this and all our other events are SOCIO. Apart from the easy interface and high-quality virtual-live sessions it allows us to stream, SOCIO has great features for networking and interacting with other event attendees and speakers.

The presentations will be uploaded a few days before the conference to our SOCIO conference platform, along with any other handouts associated with their presentation.

Of course!  We encourage you to ask questions at any time using the chat area. As all of our sessions are virtual-live, a moderator will ask the presenter your questions at the end of the session.

For every paid registration to attend virtually, only one device (computer, laptop, tablet, phone) will be allowed to enter the virtual conference. The credits earned, the questions asked, and the polling conducted within that single login session are all tied to the account of the individual that purchased the virtual event. With that said, we offer amazing group discounts if you want to share this experience with your teammates.

You can toggle between their preferred devices for video consumption and networking. You can use the Web App on your desktop computer, or the Event App on their mobile device.  Either will allow you to communicate with the speakers, attendees and participate during the conference.

The sessions streamed live will follow the Eastern Time Zone (EST).

Get acclimated to the virtual platform before the event kicks off.  We will be posting how to use the platform video on the website.

Participate and engage in the chat and our networking room.

Most of all, HAVE FUN!
